Q. Receive the following error message: Email Address: for OpNo___ when selecting get signature from the print screen.
A. Indicates there is no email address for this employee under Security>Employee Id.
Q. Trying to log into the eventrenal.com/countersign page and entered my username and password, I am continually brought back to the username and password page.
A. This usually is an indication you might have multiple accounts set up. You can try to reset the password and log back into the countersign webpage.
Q. When at the print screen of the contract, there is no CounterSign button in the bottom left corner.
A. Go to Counter Menu>Tools>Printer Setup>Advance Tab. In the signature file name, it should say COUNTERSIGN in capital letters.
A-1. Make sure the module has been licensed.
Q. In Day at a Glance, I do not have a column that shows the status of the signature.
A. From Day at a Glance, right click on the blue header bar above the first contract. From the list, select eSign and use the Move Up button to move the eSign to the top of the list. Click Save.
Q. How do I add my logo to CounterSign screen?
A. Follow the steps below:
- Go to https://rentalesign.com.
- Log In using your existing e-sign username and password. You can use the forgot password link if you don't remember it.
- Click the Configure Your Logo option at the top of the screen.
- Upload your logo adhering to the dimension restrictions provided (Maximum of 250px X 100px)
- Once the logo has uploaded, click save.
Q.When logging into my user account the top the screen is red
A. You are out of the number of envelopes allotted per month. If this is happening continually. You should consider moving up to the next monthly service package.
Q. How many terminals can I assign per tablet?
A. It is recommended that you assign one table per terminal.
Q.How can I set my tablet from timing out?
A. By default, the maximum time the tablet can be set is 30 minutes, to prevent battery from draining. You can download an app from the Google Play Store for free called "NO SCREEN OFF". this will prevent the screen from timing out, as long as the device is plugged in.
Q.How can I prevent customers from accessing different websites?
A. This would a functionality of the Internet browser you are using. Please refer to your IT person to see about setting security features. .
Q.How do I show the backside legalese on the countersign tablets?
A. From Program Menu>Configurations>System Configurations>Laser Contract Formats>select the appropriate format, under sections tab, check backside legalese.
Q. When sending out a countersign document, I receive the following message.
A. This could be a billing issue, Verify credit card information on file is updated and correct. Usually means, credit card has been declined.
